As a veteran group with broad, diverse backgrounds we have the patience, knowledge & creativity that most projects require.

We can buy a nice six panel mahogany door and hang it, make the door and hang it or close up the opening as if vanished Or we can add an opening and the door that appears to have been on the house since 1785 Or build the 1785 house

Western Loudoun Restoration and Remodeling Incorporated is a core of five full time workers: A president who works and supervises in the field, a master carpenter with a degree in historic preservation, an office manager and two full time field carpenters. Plus a labor pool we use as necessary.

The experience we have also makes us a good choice for custom remodeling projects.

While we do not present ourselves as a ‘design/build company preferring the architects drawing or the owners sketch or magazine picture as a place to start, we can bring critical and practical advice to any renovation or remodel.

Our history of working in homes where people live has taught us that daily changes and surprises are not headaches but assets to bringing out what is between the lines. The input and hundreds of choices owners make are as valuable as what is drawn and many projects reach their end more beautiful and inspired because of a flexibility and closeness we try to sustain between the owners and their project.
